New! Architects & Engineers Policy Form
USAssure's Architects & Engineers Professional Liability program has a new policy form that incorporates a number of coverage enhancements aimed at broadening the coverage provided. This includes: Contractor's Pollution Liaiblity, Technology Coverage, Punitive Damages, New Acquired or Formed Entity Coverage, and many more coverages. Also, USAssure may now underwrite and service your Architects & Engineers Professional Liability accounts with up to $5 million in receipts. Since 2003, we have serviced the small firm customers and the accounts with up to $1 million in receipts.

Changes to Policy Issuance Procedure for Specialty AutoTo provide you with enhanced services and more policy options, USAssure is introducing a new policy issuance procedure for Specialty Auto policies. As of April 15, 2009, all requests for Specialty Auto coverage should be sent to the USAssure team for processing. The online policy issuance system will no longer be available.
To submit a request for a quote or endorsement to an existing policy, please complete an application and supplemental questionnaire. Once complete, please send all necessary materials to USAssure via e-mail or fax:
